In 2021, Anthony and Leo took over a small, long-established local café, Limes, in Winchmore Hill. They built it into a much-loved local brand: regulars became friends, and the team knew their orders.

When the café was sold, everything they had learned went into Limes Brasserie, a modern all-day brunch and brasserie that opened in Hadley Wood on 7 August 2024, built to be replicated in communities across the UK.
